A managed supply partner takes full accountability for the supply of a defined set of components on behalf of an OEM. Unlike a broker who passes orders through or a distributor who stocks standard parts, a managed supply partner selects and qualifies suppliers, runs First Article Inspection, manages production quality, and takes responsibility for outcomes. The customer manages one relationship; the partner manages everything behind it.
What is the difference between Brenom Systems and a parts broker?
A parts broker passes orders between buyer and supplier without accountability for quality or documentation. Brenom Systems acts as the supplier of record — it takes full responsibility for outcomes. If a batch fails inspection, Brenom holds it and resolves the issue. If a supplier misses a delivery, Brenom owns the resolution. You do not interact directly with the factory or get bounced between parties.
Is Brenom Systems a contract manufacturer?
No. Brenom Systems does not operate its own production equipment or manufacturing facility. Manufacturing is performed by its qualified supplier network. Brenom Systems manages the supply chain — supplier selection and qualification, first article inspection, batch documentation, and delivery — but does not manufacture parts directly.
