You Send Us the Drawing
Send your technical drawing by email with your quantity, required tolerance, and any finish requirements. We review it personally and come back with questions or a quote. No forms, no ticket system.
We Select the Right Supplier
We match your part to the right supplier in our network based on capability, tolerance range, material, and lead time. We don't blast RFQs. We route to the supplier best qualified for that specific part.
First Article Validation
Before any production run, we require a First Article Inspection report. Dimensions are verified against your drawing. Revision alignment is confirmed. Nothing moves to production without approval.
Production & Batch Documentation
Every production batch ships with inspection documentation. We track revision status, verify quantities, and confirm quality before delivery. You don't chase paperwork — we send it with the parts.
Repeat-Ready
Once a part is validated and delivered, it enters your managed SKU catalog. Reorders are faster, documentation is already structured, and the supplier relationship is already established.
