WHAT WE SUPPLY
CNC MACHINED
PARTS

Brenom Systems supplies CNC machined parts for robotics, automation, and industrial equipment OEMs. Parts include structural housings, brackets, mounting plates, sensor mounts, and precision components machined to customer engineering drawings in aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and engineering plastics.

All parts are produced through qualified manufacturing partners and go through First Article Inspection before the production run is released. Every batch ships with a dimensional inspection report, material certifications, and Certificate of Conformance. Tolerance capability to ±0.001″.

COMMON QUESTIONS

CNC MACHINED PARTS — QUESTIONS ANSWERED

What types of CNC machined parts does Brenom Systems supply?

Typical components include mounting brackets, machine base plates, sensor mounts, motor mounting plates, precision housings, alignment blocks, and structural plates. Parts are produced to customer engineering drawings for robotics, automation, and industrial equipment OEMs. Both prototype quantities and repeat production runs are supported.

What materials are available?

Aluminum (6061-T6, 7075, MIC-6 plate), carbon steel (1018, 1045, A36), stainless steel (303, 304, 316), engineering plastics (Delrin/Acetal, Nylon, PEEK, PTFE), and specialty materials (brass, copper alloys, tool steels). Material selection is matched to the requirements of your drawing and application.

What tolerances can you hold?

Standard tolerance capability is ±0.001″, with tighter tolerances available based on part requirements. Parts requiring tight tolerances are routed to suppliers with documented capability at that tolerance class. Dimensional inspection is performed via CMM or calibrated measurement tools on every First Article and production batch.

What documentation ships with every order?

Every production batch ships with a Certificate of Conformance, dimensional inspection report, and material certifications. These are included as standard on every order. For new parts, a First Article Inspection report is completed and approved before the production run is released.

Can you also supply surface finishing for machined parts?

Yes. Secondary operations including anodizing, powder coating, zinc and nickel plating, and passivation can be coordinated as part of the same order. Parts are delivered complete — no additional coordination required. See surface finishing options →

What file formats do you accept?

STEP, IGES, DXF, SolidWorks native files, and PDF drawings. The drawing should include revision level, tolerances, material callout, and finish requirements. If anything is missing, we flag it before sourcing begins — not after.
