Every batch we ship includes inspection documentation. This is not optional and not available on request — it ships as standard on every order.

The most common quality failure in repeat component supply is not bad manufacturing. It is an undocumented change, an uninspected batch, or a revision that nobody caught. We treat documentation as a control system, not an administrative task.

  • In-house inspection capability (CMM where applicable)
  • Inspection report per batch — no exceptions
  • Non-conformance process — documented and followed
  • No silent revision or process changes without notification

YOU DON’T CHASE PAPERWORK

Inspection documentation is included with every delivery. You don’t request it, follow up on it, or wonder if it exists.

REVISION CHANGES DON’T SLIP THROUGH

Every drawing revision triggers a controlled update process. We do not pass a new revision to a supplier and assume the parts will come back correct.

PROBLEMS GET RESOLVED, NOT PASSED ON

If a batch has a non-conformance, we manage the resolution — replacement, re-run, or credit. You get a resolution, not a conversation about whose fault it was.
